Prescriptions are valid for use only through Pharmacy Weight Loss Northwich and are not transferable to third-party pharmacies unless required by law. We do not issue paper prescriptions as a matter of routine.

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier service used. Delivery is available to UK addresses only.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our control. If a package is undelivered and returned to us, a re-delivery charge may apply.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund, as medicines cannot be resold or reused for safety and legal reasons.
In the event of an error on our part, such as an incorrect item being dispatched, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a suitable resolution.
